This year the school allotted 60% of its budget for development of the computer center and its budget this year is 15% than that of the last year. If the last year's budget was Tk. 1,000,000 and the allocation to the computer center has increased by 20% compared that of the last year, calculate the allocation to the computer center last year (in taka).
