UNESCO has recognised the historic 7th March Speech of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman as part of the world's documentary heritage. The Director General of UNESCO, Irina Bokova, announced the decision on 30 October2017, at the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris.
